Before you start

It works best with two people: the person the binder is for, and a family member sitting beside them.
It takes about an hour. Stop any time and come back to this same link.
It helps to have the pill bottles nearby.
Do name every bank, investment app, email and photo site, even the ones nobody knows about. That's how the family finds them.
Never say the passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers or account numbers. The binder has blank pages at the back for those, with each account already listed, to fill in by hand.

The voice asking the questions is an AI. What you say is recorded and turned into text by OpenAI's speech-to-text service, and the conversation is written up into the binder by Claude, an AI made by Anthropic. Once the binder is emailed, we delete the recording and the conversation from our server. We don't give legal, medical or financial advice. We write down what you tell us.
